  • Suitable for tightly coiled hair
  • Ideal for porous, overprocessed hair
  • Fragrance free, paraben free
  • 75ml

Who is Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Extreme for?

Well, it’s right there in the name. This one is aimed at the driest, most fragile hair. If your hair has been heavily processed, you’ll love it, and it’s also brilliant on very tightly coiled curly hair.

This mask is safe for coloured hair, but shouldn’t be used within 72 hours before or after your colour appointment, as it can affect how the dye takes to your hair.

How should I use Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Extreme?

The thing to know here is that this mask is meant to be used before shampooing. Wet your hair, and apply the Elasticizer Extreme in sections. Concentrate on your mid-lengths and ends. Once you’ve got it applied evenly, cover your head in a shower cap or towel (the warmth will help the mask penetrate) and leave it on for as long as you can - at least 20 minutes, but overnight is also a great call.

Then, when you come to wash your hair, rinse well to get the mask out and shampoo and condition as normal. You might like to shampoo twice to make sure you’ve got it all out.

Key ingredients:
