Strand breakage is a common result of environmental factors; heat styling, chemical treatments and hormonal stress.
The ends of your hair are the oldest part and have been exposed to the most damage when compared to other areas of the hair strand. Hair typically split due to wear and tear and user manipulation.
So how to prevent mid shaft-breakage and split ends?
